Sometimes this is easier said than done, but definitely a reminder that life can end so quickly and we need to understand that sometimes things won't go how we intended them to, but it could always be worse. Make a conscious effort to count the blessings in your life and not your burdens. Live, love, make memories, and take as many pictures as possible! ❤️

Fall is in the air

Has anyone had their first Pumpkin Spice Latte for Fall yet? Just got mine today....mmmm....so delish! ♡

Love my Seahawks!

For the love of Flax.

Make sure to add flax seeds to your daily nutrition for maximum health benefits including: great source of fiber (1 tablespoon = 8 gram fiber) which helps keep bowels regular, plant source of omega-3 (an essential fatty acid our bodies need that we can not make) which plays an important role in the anti-inflammatory system in our body, and last, flax seeds contain lignans which reduces the risk of breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. Note: unground flax has a impermeable coating that will pass right through you without absorbing the benefits. Make sure to ground only what you will use that day because pre ground flax will oxidize and spoil quickly. It is useful to get a little coffee grinder. Add flax to: smoothies, cooked oatmeal, yogurt, or pancake batter.

DIY Exfoliating Face Mask

This was a super quick fix for exfoliating my dead skin off my face. The best part is everything used can be found in your kitchen! :)

Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of honey (I used agave)
3-4 Vitamin E capsules (squeeze oil out)
3-4 teaspoons of milk
1/4 cinnamon

Let sit for 10 min and rise.

And don't forget to moisturize!! :)
